Went under 135 this morning!(133.4) A new low weight!

All the way down to 133.
I was feelings some empty pit stomach feelings but nothing too insane that waiting 15 minutes for it to pass didnt fix.
Anyone who has trouble making it through a short fast should wait thier food urges out 15-30 minutes to see if its wanting or true hunger. For me it has always passed if I do that. The 30 minute one really is a doozie to wait through. Drinking water or juice in the meantime may help too.Its a common problem to mistake thirst for hunger. I do it all the time even though I know better.
Anyway..Tomorrow is food day...
I am thinking...well..I wont say so you guys stay on track.

I am just so happy. I am less than 5
pounds from the 120's.
Its been such a long journey with weightloss and turning my life around from being a total pizza addict that was so large walking caused pain.
I feel empowered!
