Has anyone tried propolis for ec? My grandma bought some a few years ago in Australia, and we still have a bottle in our refrigerator.

This is a reply to # 1,223,929I tried it in a cream form and it didnt work very well for me....Im sure ive cracked Exfoliative Cheilitis all i need is a Oil used for anti inflammatory skin disorders...Im looking for the best oil...I found EMU oil.

This is a reply to # 1,224,056fish oil is highest in omega 3s. Flax seed oil is also high in omega 3 6 and 9. Not sure if either of the two is anti inflammatory though, would ahve to do some research.- Re: Proplis Muhammed

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,224,047i tried emu oil... obviously this was before we found out about melatonin or progesterone. I remember it made the skin difficult to peel and if i did pull off the skin it was raw and red underneath.
