Itching. In the later stages of pancreatic cancer, you may develop severe itching when high levels of bile acids, another component of bile, accumulate in your skin.

Although the above is related to pancreatic cancer in the late stages, I don't think that anyone who is itching should draw to the conclusion that they have a certain type of cancer. Itching and cancer connection is still rare, as far as I know.
