Since being on your tonic Charlie, I notice as I eat more chicken, cheese and other protein, my energy is continually going up. However, the more protein I eat (and Im craving it alot right now), the slower my bowels move. Ive read too much protein can cause constipation. Should I go with my cravings? Or just "step away" from the chicken. It is so awesome likeing meat again !!!
