Thank you kindly, Vulcanel.
Something is going on in my head these days...but not 'delving' deeper and deeper into specifics.
Somehow I'm going the other way, toward simplicity.
One point which stands out is our attraction to wholesomeness.
We, here, are seeking well-being. Maybe we are actually seeing wholesomeness in the things we choose...or seeing what we need today.
I would like to see a test in a grocery store.
Put, say, organic basil, or organic sweet potatoes, beside basil or sweet potatoes which were fertilized and sprayed...neither with any comment about how they were grown.
Price them very attractively, and exactly the same.
See which sells the fastest. What do we reach for, when we care? Does the one we prefer have some kind of aura, or scent, that appeals to us more?
There are a pile of grocers, distributors, and growers in the industry who would like to know this, too!

Then, if it's true...create a still life scene of a perfect lunch entirely of the finest produce that can be grown, lovingly prepared. Say, two soft-boiled eggs; a mound of diamond-cut snow peas in sweet oil and basil; a small glass of home-grown, home-pressed tomato juice; cinnamon (you ever ground your cinnamon from sticks?); and a pretty jar of pink mineral salts steeping to sole...the whole peeping through living dill greens.
Lightly over-print an advertising caption, if you wish..."Tomatoes...They do a body good." Or, "Pure mineral salts...The foundation of life."
Then, show your scene on a poster for the wall of a healthfood store.
Or, for mounting in a kitchen or dining room.
Or, on TV.
Or, for describing here.
Do you see what I mean?
If true wholesomeness attracts, then picture it. Pass it on. Make it the ideal, the standard to which we all aspire.
The human brain is far quicker than any computer which will ever be beneath our fingers.
The mere suggestion of perfection attracts.
The brain immediately begins searching for how perfection is created, and how to have it...at home...now.
In fact, I think that, once we have that picture, however communicated, we own that perfection in reality.
Someone said that digestion begins with salivation, the sight or scent of the food draws forth exactly the right juices to utilize it within.
I speculate that every cell in the body actually benefits from the perfection imaged.
If true, why would we picture anything less?

My kelp is great, thank you.
We cut open the cello package in the cupboard, allow the contents to dry a little more, then crush by squeezing the bag. Dh sprinkles it on my breakfast of veggies and eggs...along with whole flax seeds, dry rubbed basil, or anything else handy.
It all depends on the veggies we're using. We cook them lightly in a little water, with the eggs poaching on top. The water goes on my plate, too. A dab of butter and a sprinkle of my favorite mineral salts, and I drink the juices from the side of the plate before eating. Doing without bread has been very helpful, too.
Kings don't eat better.
More and more I find that thinking about the best things, erases things I don't like much.
Wholesomeness to everyone.
And thanks for letting me dream aloud, Vulcanel.
