Tonsils have pits, known as "crypts." Shed tonsil mucosa can build up within the crypts leading to white spots on the crypts. I had this material harden and form "stones," or tonsilloliths. I could actually push on the crypt and have that foul smelling stones come out.

I unfortunately had my crypts and tonsills removed before I found herbs. My brother had them too. With a conscious effort to gargle with Christophers HOT cayenne several times a day, the shedding has become natural again and he has absolutely no stones anymore.
