I have just recently finished 9 days on the Master-Cleanse and an interested in the various clenses (ie, bowel and colon) but don't know where to start. Can you please let me know?- Re: Various Clenses Southern Belle

It really is up to you to decide where you want to begin. You might want to complete the Colon Cleanse first and then do the rest.
Just read all you can on this website and make the decision for yourself.
