Hey Kartiks, I'm glad that you are doing good:) Yeah, I saw your pics in the gallery but the reason I asked is because a lot of people don't Exfoliate with the hope that by leaving the dead skin on they will heal. Although this is somewhat true they can do more damage by leaving the skin on because if you leave it like that and then you eat and do varies things with your mouth bacteria and germs will stay in the dead skin and will get infected which will make the situation worse. So I would recommend not leaving the skin like that for too long, I would recommend BIOTIQUE MORNING NECTAR this is the best exfoliant that I have found. some years ago i peel every 3-4 days, after 2-3 months treatment i started peeling 7-8 days, then after more treatment with a expert specialist from PGI, Rohtak i started peeling 10-12 days. then i stop the treatment because i becames bald because of antidepressents. then i started again medicines, Doctor Devender Jasuja, MD from Hisar give me Delsone 10 & 20 Mg (steriods) for 2-3 months, which caused damage to my Large Intestines damaging 25 % of it. So i will never take medicines for EC. I am doing Oil Pulling since Jan,2008 and i got benefits from it.
