I just woke up for Day 3 of my fast. My tummy was rumbling for a few minutes last night when I got in bed, but I'm not really hungry this morning. I've had a headache off and on since last night, its not bad though. Well its time for my morning juice, so talk to you guys later!

This is a reply to # 1,211,169Thanks, you're doing a great job yourself! It would be amazing if I could make it 20 more days, I will definitely be trying to last as long as I can. I may be lucky just to get to 7...my sister bought pizza, oreos AND a box of twinkies yesterday....A nutritious and wholesome family meal. lol...I cant believe I didnt eat any of it. I even opened the pizza box and just looked at it for a second. Pizza is my favorite food, so I had to at least have a peek and a sniff! :)

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,211,146I'm approaching mid-day of my third day on this juice fast. Been really busy, which has helped me to not think about food. Seem to be doing okay.
Had so much on my mind that I only slept four hours last night. Am hoping that I'm able to nap at some point or I'll be able sleep deeply tonight.
Still feel a little bloaty, but I'm sure overall that this is working. My wrists look thinner! (just looked down as I type this)...

LOL @ thin wrist:-) Isnt' that such an indicator? I look at my fingers and my toes, weird I know, but I know I am "shrinking" when they look thin. Good for you on day 3! I envy you have 4 more days while I still have 20...LOL We'll make it:-) - Re: Fasting: Day 3 of 7* amarande
