Was 20/20, is now 20/10!
The standard definition of perfect vision is 20/20, which means that without any kind of corrective lens, you can see details 20 feet away with clarity. If you are nearsighted and have 20/30 vision, details 20 feet away appear fuzzier.
I always read it as - 20/20, you can see at 20 ft. what the normal eye sees at 20ft. 20/10, you can see at 20ft what the normal eye sees at 10ft, etc.
