On Oct. 25, I yawned and stretched at the same time causing me to faint. I fell straight back on a hard floor and busted by head. Immediately upon awaking, I felt excruciating pain in my left jaw. It had locked on me and I forced it open. I also felt a pain in my heart that radiated down to my left arm. So I immediately went to the hospital where they did an EKG and checked my heart enzymes, results were normal. They sent me home with the instruction to see a neurologist in one week. Well when I went home, I felt dizzy the minute my head hit the pillow. I've been like that off and on ever since. However, my problems began two days after that. I got nauseaus, loss of appetite, very smelly stools (smelled burned), upset stomach, gassy, hands & feet tingling, heaviness in legs, heightened sense of smell (it feels like pressure behind my nose), always cold, shaky/trembly all over, pressure in head, low blood pressure, feel like fainting when standing up to fast of lying down flat, bouts of depression, very dry skin all over, dry throat (I wake up choking in the middle of night sometimes), night sweats, break out in hives with itchy skin everyday, ringing in left ear, weak and achy at times, burning feeling inside that radiates down arms and legs, pain in bones sometimes, feel like breathing is difficult at night.---- I've been to a neurologist - MRI of brain - normal. Cardiologist - EKG, Echocardiogram, Stress test - normal. Heart holter showed a few irregular heartbeats but he wasn't concerned. Psychologist- diagnosis - depressed. Currently seeing an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist with testing still pending. Herbalist claims I had a digestive disorder and currently taking herbs for that with little improvement. Naturopathic Doctor - wants me to check for hypoglycemia, thyroid problems, Epstein Barr Virus, Cytomegalovirus, HBV and mono. Next step is to see an Endocrinologist. But let me also say that I had a few symptoms before my fall. I was diagnosed with colitis/IBS in 09/2001, shocks behind neck that would radiate up back of head that only happened a few times earlier this year, neck stiffness on left side for one week only in the morning prior to fall and lump in throat on right side for last two years. Now, I am so desperate to find out what is wrong with me. I feel like I am dying. Can someone please help or guide me in the right direction.
