I've been growing my wg in the backyard in a couple of big clay pot. I have them planted so they don't all sprout at the same time. How tall should I let them get before cutting? If they get too tall does it affect the taste and quality?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,210,709between six and nine inches is optimal, though if it gets bigger than that its not a problem. you can clip the grass and let it grow back once and harvest again, it will be a bit more bitter the second time around but still good. third time is usually not possible due to very slow growth rate.
what are you using for a growing medium?
