i made this very simple and easy fermented cabbage drink that i just love! first thing is to make the sauerkraut as i explained in this post here.

it doesn't matter which veggies you choose to ferment, any will work, but i will use the term kraut.
so first i got a 32 ounce mason jar and put about a cup of water in it. i then added some sorghum molasses, about one tablespoon. i would have used black strap but i was out. i also added a bit of calcium and magnesium powder just for fun. then i put about six or seven spoonfuls of kraut in a bowl and opened up an LB17 capsule and mixed it into the kraut. then i added the kraut the jar and filled the rest up with water. thats it.
so, its basically just a mason jar with some molasses, kraut, one LB17 capsule, and water. i put that in the breezeway for 12 hours. i drank of bit of it and - wow! - loved it. its very energizing. it almost has the same deep down energizing effect of wheatgrass juice.
so i am making another one right now. this time i will leave it for a day or maybe two. i think i will ad some carrot juice too.
