Its just oil and you spit it out so I can't see any reason not to do both if you want to. Just don't put the mms in the oil or in your mouth at the same time

You swish the oil, it brings out toxins, you spit it out, it is over, nothing lingers. Really should not be a problem to do the two protocols on the same day.
