Isn't it wonderful to let go of all the hurts, disappointments, bad thoughts, etc., and just let them wash out of your body? One of my favorite songs in the movie "South Pacific" is the one when she is going to "wash that man right outta my hair" and I feel the same way when I flush. I am just going to "wash those emotions right outta my body."

Nothing new what you experienced.
That is expected on the first LF's. The liver stores toxins and obviously some unused hormones and as those are released they will travel trough your intestine.
Some get reabsorbed in the colon and cause little "emotional storm".
That is the important reason to get the "load" out your body as fast as possible with ES-induced diarhoea.
It is a good indication for the need of an LF!
