Took the tonic for the first time the night before last and have had nothing significant to report,normally i have at least 2 good bowel movements a day anyway
with but at least 1 good bowel movement.The odd day and i mean odd day i don't have
a bowel movement.Anyway.My first bowel movement was later than normal and nothing
different in appearance.Talked to Doc and has got me taking an Aloe Feroux cap along

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,201,703Dont be discouraged, I started off slow with very very small bms once a day. Once i took the aloe, it got better, then worse, now it is pretty consistant. I think there are things that get in the way that the aloe will push through. But the first week is an adjustment week.

Pratt, even with all the liver cleansing and bowel cleansing that I've done over the last 2 yrs, this stuff is AMAZING me!

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,202,213most soytently marilyn.....day 2 wasn't much different.I had a small bowel movement
early in the morning and 2 more just before lunch which were a little bigger.The
last bowel movement being more explosive.No colour or smell change.
