This is a reply to # 1,201,693RG told me to do a plain liver flush before and after the liver cleanse herbs. And do it 7 days after the end of taking a course of HW. I did my first flush last night. I plan on starting the liver cleanse herbs at the weekend.

This is a reply to # 1,202,008I waited until after finishing the cleanse to do my first liver flush. I've read that it's easier for the body to expel stones after the parasites are killed, so that's what I did.
In any case, I was fine with doing it that way. :)- Castor oil packs maybe? Sunshine P

This is a reply to # 1,202,123Liver flushes are a little too heavy duty for me so I don’t do them anymore. I now use castor oil packs instead of liver flushing as they are much calmer/gentler and much less intense for me. I have just done 3 in 3 days and will start the HW liver herbs soon-ish. I will do 3 more once the liver herbs are finished too.
