I'm eating pizza right now with LOTS of cheese & pepperoni :)
There is absolutely no need to maintain a perfect yeast&sugar free diet. That is unnecessary long-term (though may be necessary at the beginning of treatment if the candida is severe). Your goal should be to make your immune system as healthy as it can be, so in the future your body is able to maintain a healthy balance on it's own. You can eat sugars, cheese, etc. without a problem in moderation. Just keep supplementing, keep doing what you're doing. If you want to eat some cheese -- go and eat some cheese.
Though if you have strong cravings for certain food, that is an indication that your body IS NOT ready for it just yet! Only add these foods back in your diet in small amounts when no strong cravings are associated with it. What you crave the most, you are most sensitive to!
