From what I've read at the
Iodine forums, they would pierce or make a tiny incision (using a needle) on the mole to allow the
Iodine (or urine in your case) to soak into the mole. I've never tried this though.
What I did try was to use the urine-soaked bath sponge and rub it vigorously a few times over my body. I noticed the skin surrounding a mole starts getting red after the shower. It remained so for a few days.
The same thing happened to the
vaccination scar on my arm. They are irritated and feels itchy. So, I'm sure the urine is doing something.
The only question is : how long will it take for the mole or scar to fall off or be healed from below? The
Iodine people mentioned it took months.
I hope more members will try and report back. Urine is known to have a fast healing action without the pain, iodine does too but with the agony!
