i put them on any and every thing. i put some on hot soup, on quesadillas, or just about anything else. the company called "thai kitchen" has these great rice noodle mixes that come with thai spices like curry and lemongrass. i make those then add some mung bean sprouts, its very good.
some coconut curry soup, with lots of veggeis and maybe some chicken, then add some mung bean sprouts to the individual bowls just before eating is really great. you can stir the sprouts in, and they do get a bit warm but not hot like they would if they were cooked. i like the cooked/raw mixture. the sprouts give cooked food some crunchiness and zest and flavor.
antoher thing you can do is put an avocado in the blender and blend some sprouts in with it, then make guacamole with that. after the lime and seasonings, etc, nobody will ever know about the sprouts!
of course i personally love to just put a whole handful of sprouts in a bowl, and then add my homemade dressing (tahini, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice,
Sea Salt ) and some tomatoes. very refreshing!!
