On their site it says something about finding a practitioner in your area.  You put in your email address and zip code and they email you a list within driving distance.

You then call and talk to the office to see who has theory that fits with your lifestyle. 

I live in a small town and found a great guy a mile from my house that agreed to work on me w/o xrays and has me to a new level of health in about 6 weeks.  Looking forward to tomorrows adjustment!
