I have been taking vitamins and herbs trying to stop from having seizures and making sure that I am not missing any nutrition that need to have. I was working last friday and the next thing I know I felt an aura. I usually do not get aura's but, this time I had one and then I was being uploaded on a gurney. I am so tired to making AED medication that it is pathetic. I have read about the diets, but I have also read that the atkins diet was not so great seeing that I do need all my nutrition. Is there anything I can do to stop stress? I know I worry alot and sometimes I get insomnia.
