Once again, I fell off the OP wagon. As of today...I am back on track
I moved to North Carolina nearly 2 months ago. The cost of living in NY was too much for me to handle.
I lost a significant amount of weight by returning to vegetarianism.
I feel so much better. I'll never fall off OP again.

I've started pulling with grapeseed oil. I only pull with it twice a day, because it makes me a bit queasy.
I'm also putting together an website about oil pulling... it will take me time to put it together
