I would press on. Have you tried soaking in a bath tub with Epsom Salt, Baking Soda & Ginger (and water of course)? It's supposed to detox your skin. I tried it tonight and felt SO relaxed. I don't have any skin issues except on my face though so I can't say what true affects it had on me. Make sure you drink lots of water before and after. Try to soak for 25-30 minutes, then get out and wrap in a robe or put clothes on and go get in bed under the covers for about an hour. It will cause you to sweat alot and help the detox process. Then once you've cooled down, take a lukewarm shower.
Tub of hot water
1 cup Epsom Salts
1 cup Baking Soda
1/8 cup Ginger spice, or brew some fresh ginger tea and put it in the tub...
Oh yeah, have you tried dry brushing of your skin? You could do that before the bath and that would get your circulation moving. Good luck! I'll be checking to see your progress.
