I have been suffering from Sebhorreic dermatitis for many years.

This has worked for me! try it for 15 days and then let me know!My skin is 95% better!



HIGH STRENGTH EVENING PRIMROSE OIL ( Capsules - 1000 mg) very cheap too!
(they also have vitamin E included in the capsules)


Rationale:

1) We need to correct the root of the problem and not the symptoms i.e. ingest something to that effect as only using shampoos and other stuff will work on symptoms not problem.

Observations and theories:

1) I believe that we all sufferers of SD have some sort of genetic "problem" that is responsible for the disease. ( I work in molecular biology and did some studies in Biochemistry in case you are wondering, Im no authority on SD nonetheless!)

2)This genetic "problem" causes an imbalance on our immune/hormonal system either due to hormonal disregulation or biochemical deficiency.


3)Evening primrose oil is Gamma Linoleic acid (GLA) wich is responsible for maintenance of hormone balance.(not the only though!)

4)Not sure about the long term effects of gamma linoleic acid but im sure they are better than steroid creams as GLA's are produced by the body!
