I have systemic candida and hypo, as was as possible mercury toxicity. I am currently on Dr. Jeff's candida protocol and diet. The combo of the candida and hypo has caused me to gain a lot of weight and nearly impossible to lose. I am losing, but very slowly. I need to lose weight as quickly as possible. I will be 42 soon and have fertility issues. I am hoping that if I can lose as much weight as possible, get the candida under control and hopefully get the hypo under control I can finally conceive. Have you tried betaine HCL? could help possible thyroid issues.
Im thinking this candida isnt as it seems, ive been suffering for 4+ years now myself and it looks as if were just not digesting protein(amino acids) and fats correctly along with becoming deficient on minerals.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,183,433Eons ago, I had a few different naturopaths give it to me, along with a mess of other supplements. I wasn't taking it for thyroid in particular, more for digestive issues. I read how it helps with digestion, but does it help with the thyroid? Thanks.
