MoreThis is a reply to # 1,181,521Proper pregnancy starts with 2 clean healthy people.
The Dr. Mom and Dr. Christopher books/video is a good education on Natural Childbirth and raising kids drug free.
Otherwise I have no clue of the foundation or beliefs, etc. and the person who is pregnant needs to be the person searching, otherwise it is fruitless to tell her what she should be doing/taking.
