MoreThis is a reply to # 1,179,300Brown rice is fine.... but can cause constipation. I used to avoid it for that very reason for a while but now I seem to so well with it.
Buckwheat is my all time favorite low carb.

i just tried colostrum supplement and its made my glands ache and vision go more blurred don't really understand why...can other people with candida tollerate it? it seemed like a good idea to feed my good bacteria with it.
