It is rare that I ever smell. I know you aren't supposed to be able to smell your own BO but I am hyper vigilant about hygiene and the use of deodorant. I don't normally have a BO problem so this has me stymied.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,175,756If it resembles the scent of maple syrup, then it is from the fenugreek. For me, Humaworm's fennugreek content isn't enough to make me notice a difference with BO...unless it is and I am mistaking it for a symtom of detoxing with iodine! Because some days it is a bit "off"...

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,175,756Sometime around the first week I too noticed an off-odor body odor, the closest thing I could come up would be uncooked liver. It seems to be less now in week three.
