btw, I think this is a good way of curing the reason for having candida. I have been on the cand. diet more or less for 7 months, the last 2 months i used mms as well, however I was not really getting healed (only free from symptoms). so I became a member of Curezone and got alittle smarter in the way of looking at candida. so instead of trying to kill the candida, I now cleanse the colon of whatever old fun the candida is feeding on (instead of only trying to kill it).
I've also done a couple of gallflushes, tried fasting as well, but I am terrible when the time comes to break the fast. I eat everything that I've been fantasising about during the fast and end up with a huge candida kickoff party which results to a week of missery.
