I know it does not seem like a lot of money, but
if you are a first time buyer at iherb.com, it adds
to the savings, and hey, $5 is like a free gallon of
gas these days. It costs me 20 bucks to go to town
and back now so I am stretching my dollars as far as
I can go and still stay home. I heard about promotional
codes on the Today Show and so now am sharing with my
friends and family how to use these codes, which are
available online, to add to their savings. If you google
promotional codes, or coupon codes, you will find many
sites which feature the current codes from stores on
line which include everything from travel to vitamins
and much else you cannot even imagine. I realized I
have been missing out on savings. They do not have a
current code right now but even ebay and paypal can
have codes. I just missed out on one recently, which
saved $50 on a hundred dollar purchase.
Anyway, I have a fresh iherb.com code which saves $5
on the first time purchase. Shipping is only 4 bucks
no matter how much you order, and free for purchases
over 60 bucks. I recently bought rice but am exploring
other products I usually buy in other online stores and
finding that on products I usually buy, they have great
deals, and even offer free samples.

You can find more by googling, but these are some
main ones and can give you an idea of the range of
savings you can find. I am sold on seeking out a
coupon now before placing an order. I no longer just
assume that someone else can find them or receives
them in their email.
best wishes,
