Okay so an update, one of the many many symptoms I suffer is hairloss. I've always had thick beautiful hair but since the birth of my 6th child 11 months ago which aggravated alot of my various symptoms, my hair has been falling out by the handful. When I wash my hair there is a handful in the drain, when I brush my hair there's a handful in the brush and when I remove a hair elastic it is tangled with so much hair that I have to cut the hair away. As you can imagine everything in my house is covered in my hair.
Well after 4 days of oil pulling with sunflower oil my hair has stopped falling out!
I washed it this morning and only lost a few strands, I brushed it twice and no hair in the brush and when I removed my hair elastic it was hair free.
If I can get that sort of relief after 4 days imagine the other benefits I can get from it as a regular part of my daily hygeine regimen.

Also the plaque on the back of my bottom front teeth is starting to come away.
