Have any of you seen the movie "Super Size Me"? I watched it tonight and it is an eye opener. Even if you don't eat out at fast food restaurants there is information in this film that you should know. It is unbelievable what we do to our bodies. We take better care of our material possessions than we do our bodies. I know that I take horrible care of my body and I am so glad I found this web site!
