My naturopath has me taking a variety of things to detox (I spent the winter inhaling various plaster dusts, soot and fumes) and to do something about what we suspect is a yeast overgrowth. She's out of town, and I'm experiencing an unusual pain under my left ribs, about even with the armpit. What could this be?
