hi san....my blood pressure is low, I'm just curious now to see how it effects it. I think in general my heart rate could be a little lower though.
so far I'm just at about 50 degree slant. I've been using the rim of my bed frame to prop the board...I don't have many other places to increase in small increments, so next step up will be about 100 degrees. I'm almost ready I think. my main reasons for inverting are correct repositioning of digestive organs, lymph flow, and increase circulation to the head.
do you feel decompression in the spine using a board? I don't, could be I'm not at a high enough slant yet, or maybe as well, the contraction of some of my back muscles to keep me from sliding off the board also holds the vertebrae too tight, not letting them decompress..I'm not sure...are you able to relax your back enough using a board...how do you do it?
this is great fun though. I feel an ease in my digestive tract when I invert now.
