I give my cats a capsule of fish oil once a day and they seem more lively, especially Luke. He also seems more serene and "happier". Overall I get the impression that it's done them some good.
I'm glad you posted that I was thinking about getting some for my cat. I've been giving them olive oil but they don't like it too much, of course. I'm sure it's to them what plant fats are to us.
