Does honey change what it does to you if you take it:-
a) straight from the spoon
b) mixed in warm water

This is a reply to # 1,148,430I am not aware of any significant change that will occur in honey in the 2 ways you propose taking it.
I would think that any form of honey will have immube stimulating properties.
Manuka honey contains UMF, which is a substance said to give this type of honey superior properties.- Re: honey mo123

This is a reply to # 1,148,505I heard it is good to take 1/8 glass of honey with water first thing in the morning for the immune system and weight loss. I take honey, Raw honey, with candida and find it a good thing, but hey I am no doctor.
