In early days of Humaworm, I saw what looked like 'corn kernels' in stool.
I paid them little nevermind as I ate corn on the cob fairly frequently...but then I began counting the days after eating corn, to account for any 'transit' time...and found they couldn't possibly be from what I ate. Still, I didn't 'poke around'.
Forward to today, just before beginning my fourth Humaworm round.
For the past few days I've been passing 'corn kernels', again...though I'm not certain why.
A couple of days ago I 'fished' out a couple of them, and washed them in the sink. Ugh!
They weren't 'corn kernel' shaped! Nor were they shaped the same as each other!
In both pale yellow critters, the apparent 'head' was fairly small for a 1/4 to 1/2 inch creature, and bent to one side.
And one was elongated, as one would expect a critter to be, but the other was definitely square-shaped...or diamond, if you watch commercials...and looked like a small pillow...with the 'head' perched on one corner.
They both were definitely dead, and I easily broke one in half. It had the texture of a well-soaked seed made of some kind of protein...and the inside was paler and slightly softer than the outside.
I whipped the lot into the toilet with tissue, and flushed. Then I began scrubbing everything with hot water, and soap.
Today, I continue to see 'corn kernels', in stool, behind me. I have no inclination to examine them, and don't care what funny shapes they may be.
I took a week of Hu-Mana-Tea last week, and will start again. And I've been wiggling my fingers over my middle organs, just in case kinesiology helps. At least, it helps me to feel better.
[Edit: I also took a little olive leaf extract, in caps, following up with salads dressed with olive oil and lemon juice...as White Tiger suggested.]
I know I have some kind of mass in my middle, 'blocking' some systems, somewhat...and you folks will be the first to hear my shouts of glee when the dam bursts!
So, if you see 'kernels of corn' peeping out of stool, will you take a look what they are, and tell me?
I noticed that their surfaces were not particularly slippery. I could very easily imagine them sticking together in a crowd. Yuck!
But they haven't 'blocked' me completely, anywhere...so there!
Now we know who's boss!
:D
