I read about this in a Detox book and I have been doing this for 3 days so far. I have been doing it 2x daily. I have had 3 good movements a day with no cramping or diarrhea.

oz of water or juice
2 teaspoons Psyllium Seed Husks
1 teaspoon natural organic Aloe GEL(not juice)
1 teaspoon cold pressed olive oil
Mix up throughly in blender or shake in a container and drink all of it. It doesn't taste that bad. I mix mine with chocolate almond milk (unsweetned)I feel really cleaned out and it works great for constipation. I had been having to use suppositories. Make sure to drink extra water when doing this of course! I drink at lease a liter....more is better.
