There should not be a problem becoming a new member. First, make sure her cookies are enabled and the security level is relatively low, at least at first. Some Internet Providers seem to have a bad attitude towards Curezone. Have her establish an E-mail address at a somewhat neutral site like Yahoo or Hotmail. This will help her keep her privacy and anonymity. It can be something like "newmember (her username, whatever she choses)@Yahoo.comm. She needs to make sure her addy is activated and ready to receive mail so she can set her password, etc. Its easy to join, she goes to the appropriate page and answers the required information.

I have a feeling her problem may be with her cookies or security setting. Given the recent rash of multiple personalities cropping up, joining Curezone seems to be easier and faster than ever. Many of us here will be glad to help; just have her post her questions on the appropriate forums and perhaps the "Ask Curezone" too. Hopefully someone can give her the guidance, advice and answers she is seeking.
