For my 10 days of a Water Fast I lost about 7 kg (14 lbs?).

Ps: be on just fruits and vegies at least one day before ur start ur fast and, believe me, it will be much easier for u to get through first 2-3 days. I have done it and it was very easy for me to fast all 10 days! I was even surprised.
Just believe in urself. EVERYTHING is possible! ;):))

that's what i believe i had lost too when i fasted on water in the past...i did 17 days and 21 but i'm preety sure after ten days it was what i had lost :)))

Marionette, i love your french expressions, 'i go and meet my lover' sounds like something from a romantic film lol. I hope you will be lovely and slim for him.
You have done some long fasts before, so you have the experience behind you.
I was going to say goodbye in French but forgot how to spell it, long time since i did French at school.

Nadia, have you put much back on after refeeding. You were worried about being too thin at one time.

for the vast majority of people undergoing a water only fast, the most weight is lost at the beginning, after which it tapers off to the loss of about one pound per day.
