Pistolpiet22,
I have no idea if yours is the same, or similar, to the ones I got, for a while, a few years back...long before Humaworm.
I hadn't had any, or many, 'sties', in my life, and didn't know what to think of these small, sore pimples beneath my eyelids, upper and lower...one at a time.
After about a week of annoyance, they would break, inside, and the pus would come out and the soreness subside and heal. I now think the soreness was entirely due to the pressure building in the pimple itself.
Yours looks deeper under the lower lid than mine ever were.
If yours isn't 'doing' anything else, I'd just leave it for, say, a week, and see if it doesn't resolve itself.
You could look up 'sties' (if that is the correct spelling) and see if there are suggestions.
If there were strong changes to your vision, or if the soreness was unbearable in any way, I'd rush to my family doctor or a walk-in clinic...for another opinion. The skin and flesh in that area is too tender, and too close to your precious sight, to fool with...so do keep your hands off, if you can.
An eye doctor, on another occasion, told me that there is no way any 'bit' or eyelash can go back into the head. There is a ring of tissue around the eyeball, which is joined to the eye socket. Nothing can get 'lost' in there.
In fact, to treat some minor eye issue, doctors may grasp the lashes, upper or lower, and 'roll' that lid over a small cotton-wrapped stick, until the inner surface is exposed. I wouldn't try that myself except in the direst of emergencies!
Hope something here helps you...and that your discomfort is over quickly.
Oh yes, when these things first appeared in my eyes, I experienced them over a few months, always in the same eye, I think...and then they vanished for months...appearing briefly once more, then vanishing completely.
Don't know what causes them, but maybe my immune system got stronger...or learned to recognize them.
My best,
Fledgling
