So, I have been battling for days now about how to come off the fast safely so that I can enjoy my FREE day on Easter Sunday with my honeypie (who has severely missed eating with me).
I somehow miscalculated that coming off the fast would allow that to be Day 4 off the cleanse, but it would actually be Day 3.
So, here's my plan:
Tomorrow (Thurs) is Day Ten / Day 1:
I'm going to do the lemon drink the first half of the day. I'm going to drink what I would normally drink in a whole day (64oz) from morning until 5pm. And for me, that will wrap up day 10. Starting at 5pm, I start Day 1 of breaking the fast with Organic Fresh Squeezed OJ and and maybe Grapefruit even later on.
Friday will simply be exactly like Day 2 ... begin with Juice ... and then move to the soup.
Saturday will be Day 3 ... I thought I'd do something different though. A protein shake and Oatmeal and juice for breakfast. Continue with the soup. And then Salad for dinner.
And then resume normal eating on Sunday. Meaning, Sunday is always a free day, and then Monday - Saturday I do Body for Life.
So, I feel just a little lame for not going a solid 10 days, but I find myself in a pickle and this is just what I need to do. I know I can complete 10 days. I have done 21 days before and I have never done less than 10. So, it's all good.
One thing that is a shame though is I find my cleanse, like clockwork, really starting to clean out some of the more dark stuff (yuck). We'll get it next time. Maybe next cleanse I go for at least 15 days or something.
Hope everyone is still going strong. Not as much activity on these boards as of late. I'm suprised.
