i need to lose 6kg by saturday for an important event. I don't care if its not all fat loss, or if i gain it back straight after. ive done many long fasts before. im aware of the consequences. im currently 62kg, and can easily do hours of exercise if i have to. what are the best exercises to do? and also will i lose more weight if i drink no water, or will it retain and ill gain more? and also what are some other tactics to lose weight faster, such as wearing layering of clothes when exercising or caffeine?? please help, thanks
