I know nothing about this product, other that what I just read on the internet. From what I read it actually does sound good.

I can tell you this about any weight loss product. It may work while you take it. Most people that take any kind of weight loss product gain the weight back that they lost and some times more, after they stop taking the product.

The reason they gain back the weight is because they go back to eating the way they did before they lost the weight.

Losing weight is about a total life style change.

Emotional eating can be dealt with. I would suggest that you attend some meeting of Over Eater's Anonymous. The people there are very nice and have been through emotional eating and can help you deal with it. It is a long term solution ! I went there for years. *S* It is a wonderful program. It works if you work it.
