Thanks, Magnolia. You're the first source that's mentioned that. Then again, the sources haven't said the meats were eaten raw. But they don't say a thing about how to cook them. So what book(s) would you recommend when it comes to eating this type of diet? You recommended the Maker's Diet, Guts and Glory, Weston A. Price, and now the Nourshing Traditions book.. do I need all of this or is there a particular one that will explain it all (in regards on what to eat/avoid, and how to prepare/cook it)?
