If you are home, soak your feet in a tub of epsom salts and the hottest water you can stand. That will draw the toxins to your feet and help your head.
Or you could take a detox bath and soak your whole body. That always feels good!! :) I usually use apple cider vinegar, epsom salts, and baking soda.
