Today is Day 1 for me on The Master Cleanse and I prepared last night by drinking the Lax.Tea, am I supposed to drink it in the morning too?

This is a reply to # 1,130,258You should do the salt water flush (SWF) in the morning. If you cannot do the SWF, then it is OK to drink the lax tea in the morning.
