FRUITY BOOTY
I have seen many salad dressing recipes that use tahini (seseame seed paste) as the base. I have enjoyed all I have tried, but haven't made one myself. Although, I hav emany peanut sauces used in Thai dishes (cold pasta salads). I think if you added a little ginger to peanut butter it would add some zest. Let me know if you find one or make one....
