I was first attracted to his product, and the way his website is written. No hype!

(His son put the site together, I learned much later.)

And, I began to learn.

Then, I found his business practices to be downright beautiful...a business run on the principles we wish all businesses would follow.

(I had thought these principles were at the heart of all organizations, until I went back to school and found that it is 'profit', instead. What a shock that was!)
